Brno, Sep 9 (BD) – The accident took place at just after 5pm on Monday afternoon, when the tram struck an older man, who was dragged for a short distance.
Michaela Bothova, spokeswoman for South Moravian Emergency Services, described the man’s injuries as medium to serious. Emergency services provided medical treatment at the scene before taking him to St Anne’s Hospital for further treatment.
Transport inspectors were also present at the scene of the incident.
