Brno, Oct 8 (BD) – Mikuláš Bek received 38.17%, and Jaromír Ostrý 18.70%. In third came KDU-ČSL’s candidate, Jan Špilar, with 17.73%.

Mikuláš Bek was nominated by the Mayors and Independents (Starostové a nezávislí) and was supported by the Greens, ODS and TOP 09.

The second round will be held on Friday 12th October and Saturday 13th October.
