Summer is approaching, which means it is time for outdoor activities and to invest in… yourself!
To get your body, as well as your appearance in general, ready for the summer months, a few weeks can make a huge difference, so start getting ready for summer now.
Each Thursday afternoon from 6pm to 8pm, Reebok and Sanasport invite you to join their runs and workouts for free – you just need to show up at the Sanasport facilities!
Anna Barborová, responsible for the Reebok social media channels in the Czech Republic, explained that “this event is for everyone who likes sports and wants to have a healthy lifestyle. We want to create a community of people that love to run but haven’t had enough courage or discipline to start on their own. This event is not about being the best, but developing, trying to improve and feeling good about running.”
In her own words, “We are ready for absolute beginners, occasional runners and very skilled runners whom our trainers will help to develop perfect technique.”
Although the end of the week often means meeting friends and downing a lot of beer and fast food, you now have this amazing opportunity to have just as much fun, or even more, and without all the calories, by joining your friends at Reebok Run Crew Sanasport in Brno!
To join this event, people should bring clothes suitable for sports. “We have a couple of pairs of display shoes at each training session, so they can borrow those for the run as well. There is a space where they can leave their bags and other stuff they bring. There are also some refreshments afterward for the participants, and for those who participate in more than 4 activities, we have a #ReebokRunCrewCZ T-shirt,” said Barborová.
Even if you go out after your workout, you’ll likely be less hungry for anything heavy; but if not, you’ve already burned off some of those calories!
