It is one of Europe’s largest agricultural fairs. SILVA REGINA International Forestry and Hunting Fair and BIOMASS Trade Fair for Renewable Sources of Energy in Agriculture and Forestry will take place at the same time.
Around 800 exhibitors will have stalls at the fair, welcoming an expected crowd of 100,000 visitors.
The program will be focused on current trends in agriculture today, meaning visitors will be introduced to the use of drones, GPS and mobile devices, technologies for water retention in the soil, and precision farming.
A large beekeeping exhibition focusing on the sale of beekeepers’ supplies and bee products will also be open in one of the halls, while on Tuesday, April 10, a conference on farming in the era of climate change, titled “The Future of Czech Agriculture”, will be held in the rotunda.
Individual tickets for visitors cost 130 CZK and can be purchased on this website.
Brno Exhibition Centre is open every day from 9am to 6pm.
